Shipping Fees

✅ Free Shipping
Applicable to orders with a subtotal of 29.99 US dollars and above.
Note: The subtotal is calculated as the amount before tax and after all discounts are deducted.
✅ Standard Shipping
Applicable to orders with a subtotal under 29.99 US dollars.
Shipping fees range from 6.99 US dollars to 12.95 US dollars, determined by the total weight of the order.

Shipping & Processing Times

Order Processing

Regular Period: Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after placement. Weekends are excluded from business days. Peak Seasons: Processing times may be extended to up to 5 business days due to high order volumes.

Delivery Areas

We offer nationwide shipping across the U.S. and Europe.

Transit Times

Continental U.S.: Standard shipping takes 5–18 business days; specific delivery time varies by state. Orders from other European countries: The entire order will be shipped internationally, with an estimated delivery time of 7–20 business days. Remote Areas(Excluding U.S. overseas territories and remote areas (such as Las Vegas)): Deliveries may take 10–25 business days due to location constraints.

 Order cut-off time: 06:00 PM PST.

 Handling time: 1-3 business days.

Important Notes

Order Modification & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it will be immediately forwarded to our fulfillment center for processing. We cannot guarantee the possibility of order cancellation, address updates, or detail modifications after submission. Subscription orders that have been shipped and not canceled are non-refundable.

Customs & Import Fees

We are not liable for any additional customs duties, import fees, or taxes incurred at the destination country/region. All related charges shall be borne by the customer.The Import VAT and customs fees for international orders are borne by the recipient (DDU).

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

If the package is lost or severely damaged during transportation, please contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery time. We will assist you in filing a claim or resending it.

Holiday Delivery Notice

Due to high order volumes during holiday periods, we cannot guarantee delivery before the holiday.
Recommendation: Please place your order at least one month in advance to avoid delivery delays.

Unexpected Delays

Delivery times may be extended due to uncontrollable external factors (e.g., international customs clearance procedures, public holidays). We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking Information

A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you once your order is shipped. If you fail to find the tracking number, please contact our customer service team at: service@seedscope.store

The buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with the seed import and plant quarantine regulations of the local customs. If the package is detained or destroyed by the local customs due to such restrictions, this website shall not be held responsible for the matter.
